How to crouch jump?

Hey guys,
I was wondering how people crouch jump. By that I mean pick up their legs while jumping and shooting. It's sort of like bunny hopping but you only do 1 hop at a time and you can do it in combat. If anyone knows please explain or even better show me ingame : ) I think this could help improve my gameplay.
